Description

We’re looking for a Senior Collections Analyst to join our Mortgage Collections Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering collections and credit risk strategies, helping to drive portfolio performance across the full credit lifecycle. In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our Collections and Customer Support Credit Strategy function, responsible for managing risk, protecting asset quality, and supporting customers who may be experiencing financial difficulty. You’ll use data-driven insights to optimise strategies, monitor performance, and contribute to innovative, business-wide initiatives, all while collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is a 12-month secondment opportunity. At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
