Responsibilities Responsible for the smooth running of the Collections systems, and is required to work with multiple stakeholders, including management, business units, tech and vendor teams from both Malaysia and overseas. Work closely with the management to implement strategies to enhance Collections productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. In-charge of the smooth delivery of all system-related projects and enhancements, working in tandem with tech and vendors within the budget and timelines. Ensure that the systems are up to date and comply with dynamic business requirements, audit and risk matters, and regulatory changes. From time to time be assigned additional tasks from the reporting managers. Requirements Min 4-5+ years of experience as a System Analyst Good understanding of system development life cycle process or project management. Good knowledge of banking products and processes and/or Risk and Collections processes would be an advantage. Possess strong communications and presentation skills. Able to work individually without supervision and in a team oriented setting. Possess strong process and workflow management skills. Proficient in project management, MS Office and SQL softwares.
