JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior College and Regional Recruiting and Enrollment Specialist is an applicant’s first point of contact with the college and is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process for the Fisher College of Business. Works closely with the Sr. Director of Admission and academic program directors to achieve enrollment goals. Primary responsibilities include prospect communication, application evaluation, interviewing candidates, organizing and conducting information sessions/program presentations, attending grad school fairs, corporation visits, and yield management. Some domestic and international travel as well as some evening and weekend work will be required.
This position can be completed in a hybrid format: 60% on-campus and 40% remote.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Level Degree
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION DESIRED
Master’s Degree
Required Qualifications At least 4 years’ experience working in higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related area. Demonstrated experience working within a team-based work
environment; Ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and external organizations of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic background. Strong time management, organizational skills, customer-service skills.
The target hiring range for this job profile is $55,700 - $72,700.00. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
