REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in omnichannel commerce solutions and architecture.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in both on-premise and cloud-based commerce solutions, with a strong understanding of new architectural paradigms such as composable commerce.
  • Knowledge of a wide set of processes underlying complex omnichannel retail practices, from evolving digital touchpoints to the implications on order management, marketing, and customer analytics, is considered as a preferred requirement
  • Proven track record in managing complex commerce projects.
  • Preferred experience in the retail, fashion, and industrial sectors.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy firm is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Solution architect for Digital Commerce implementations, with the duties of gathering and guiding requirements according to best practices, designing the solution following the new architectural paradigms and supporting the required change management activities.
  • Develop architectural frameworks that deliver engaging and consistent experiences across all channels, including web, mobile, conversational and in-store digital interactions, multi-touch-points, integrated marketplaces and social platforms.
  • Lead strategic planning, execution and management of advanced Omnichannel commerce B2C & B2B solution
