Description:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Advisor to join our team and work on the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP), the largest investment in new rollingstock in Queensland history.
As the Senior Commercial Advisor, you will provide technical contracts administration and oversight for commercial activities within the allocated projects.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Commerce, Engineering, Business Management, etc.)
- 5+ years managing the delivery of contracts and/or projects within built form, rail, services or manufacturing environment, with a focus on commercial/contractual management
- Demonstrated project experience directly related to the role across hard dollar and collaborative contract frameworks
- Preferably has experience working in the Construction and Rail industry; andPreferably has additional contracts, commercial or legal training.
