In this role you will provide commercial expertise and manage joint venture (JV) relationships for APLNG’s operated assets, handling high value agreements.

• Proactively manage APLNG’s and JV Partners’ rights and obligations under relevant agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong communication channels with Asset and JV Partner representatives.
• Prepare, negotiate, and implement commercial agreements with JV Partners, ensuring alignment with APLNG’s position.
• Lead quantitative analysis of proposed projects to assess JV impacts and opportunities.
• Coach Commercial Analysts on JV rights and obligations, and support risk assessments and dispute resolutions.
• Collaborate with JV operators to address complex technical, commercial, and logistical challenges.
