ABOUT THE TEAM

The Commercial Analytics Team is part of the Business Steering, Reporting & Insights unit. The team is translating data & reportings into actionable insights and enables the ZMS management to take informed decisions. This happens through various steering formats on a weekly & monthly basis which the team owns. Within this mandate Commercial Analytics is providing commercial leadership in ZMS with reporting, data concepts, deep dive analyses and consulting on all types of analytical questions. This makes us have a great impact across a broad range of stakeholders within ZMS and even beyond.
The team is already well equipped with analytical expertise focused on various data topics and on top of that we are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst who will be responsible for the weekly commercial steering of the ZMS business.

Responsibilities
  • You have end-2-end responsibility for the weekly steering cadence of ZMS consisting of weekly steering meetings, steering updates and the respective reporting landscape.
  • You are an excellent communicator and your data storytelling skills support our senior management and business teams to take data-based business decisions and actions.
  • Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, develop innovative analytical frameworks, and build scalable prototypes, driving a measurable improvement in ZMS’s business steering efficiency.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of ZMS’s business drivers, design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making accuracy.
  • You work closely with our Business Intelligence Analytics team and their reporting infrastructure to make steering more efficient with predominant focus on sales pipe accuracy and predictability.
  • You will be independently performing deep dives into the data to derive insights and to incorporate them back into our steering routines.
