This role will focus on improving revenue growth, margin outcomes and overall business performance, working closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, supply chain and leadership. Key Responsibilities Deliver deep analysis of revenue, margin and P&L performance across customers, products, branches and business units Provide actionable insights to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives Lead customer, product and network performance analysis to optimise profitability and revenue quality Partner with stakeholders to support branch and regional performance reviews with clear, data-driven insights Evaluate pricing, rebates, promotions and revenue assurance to improve margin and commercial outcomes Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, challenging assumptions and enhancing accountability Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards and BI tools to improve business visibility and decision-making Drive process improvements, automation and the use of data/AI to increase efficiency and insight quality Qualifications You’ll join a high-performing commercial team where accountability, insight, and continuous improvement are at the core. We’re looking for a commercially driven change leader who can influence stakeholders, challenge performance, and deliver impactful results. You will bring: Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or similar Experience in commercial analysis, management reporting or finance business partnering Strong financial modelling and analytical capability Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI tools Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills A proactive, detail-oriented and outcomes-focused mindset Nice to have: CA/CPA (or working towards) Experience in multi-site, wholesale, retail or distribution environments Additional Information Why join Bapcor?
