Your role
.
As a Senior Commercial Analyst for a fleet business in Europe, you will drive top-line output through robust analytics and sound business acumen. As part of the region’s Revenue Operations Team, you will learn how a high growth payments business with a SaaS-like subscription model manages revenue optimization. You will always be on top of market performance, products & services adoption, customer retention, and much more. You will support initiatives throughout all business functions and will gradually take over responsibility of revenue output of expansion initiatives.
This role is part of the Business Performance & Growth team, a cross-functional team that owns everything from revenue operations & strategy and business analytics to data strategy & commercialization and business intelligence. We operate with full discretion on choosing initiatives to execute, always driven by maximizing value for the business and being an integral contributor of the region’s growth trajectory.

What you’ll be doing

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide strategic insights by conducting in-depth analysis of revenue performance across the EUF region, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development of data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue streams and drive business growth, ensuring decisions are backed by robust analysis.
  • Own the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment between actuals, plans, and forecasts, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing, to develop and implement actionable strategies that address variances and support revenue targets.
  • Oversee revenue strategies by ensuring acquisition offers, pricing models, and revenue drivers align with long-term profitability goals and customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor market trends and control pricing mechanisms daily, making real-time adjustments to optimize market competitiveness, revenue generation, and margin performance.
  • Lead the production of monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and HQ, delivering clear, actionable insights from large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses as needed, serving as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, supporting business decisions with rigorous data insights.
  • Manage and execute cross-functional projects, coordinating efforts between stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of revenue growth initiatives and business strategies.
  • Drive project timelines and deliverables for key commercial initiatives, ensuring that goals are met on schedule and within scope, while managing risks and dependencies across teams.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, streamlining communication and ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned on objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge is a must
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in analytical roles is a must (Experience in the USA or EU are plus)
  • Fluent in English and a good communicator
  • Eligible to work in the EU without further immigration process (Visa sponsorship, residency, etc.) - essential requirement
  • Project management experience is a must
  • Proficiency in SQL is a must
  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to connect the dots and understand key trends and levers that drive the business
  • Good business acumen paired with high attention to detail
  • Enjoy maneuvering within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to handle multiple competing priorities without 9 to 5 mentality.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with taking calculated risks
