We’re looking for a Junior Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial, Insights and Research team. This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who is eager to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact. You don’t need to be an expert already - we’ll provide full training and support to help you develop your analytical and commercial skills. What matters most is your curiosity, your enthusiasm for data, and your interest in understanding how businesses thrive.
In this role, you’ll find yourself at the heart of commercial projects that touch many parts of the organisation. One day you might be helping to track revenue and forecast future trends, and the next you could be analysing customer behaviour or exploring competitor activity. You’ll work closely with colleagues in commercial, finance, and marketing, turning raw data into insights that guide decision-making. Your work will help us understand the story behind the numbers and shape strategies that drive growth.
This isn’t just about crunching numbers. It’s about learning how to ask the right questions, building your confidence in interpreting data, and discovering how insights can create real business impact. You’ll also have the chance to experiment with dashboards and visualisations, finding new ways to make information clear and accessible for everyone across the business.
