Your role: Serves as the organization’s expert in contract management, offering strategic guidance on high‑value, complex agreements and advising senior leadership on critical decisions. Leads the negotiation, drafting, and execution of intricate contracts, ensuring terms align with business objectives and meet all legal and compliance standards. Designs and implements advanced contract management frameworks and best‑practice methodologies to elevate organizational performance and ensure regulatory alignment. Performs thorough risk assessments on high‑stakes contracts and resolves complex contractual issues by applying deep subject‑matter expertise and effective mitigation strategies. Mentors team members while shaping contract‑related policies and collaborating with cross‑functional leaders, providing insights that support strategic planning and continuous improvement. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in contract management (drafting, negotiation of terms, aligning cross-functionally with stakeholders). Your skills include commercial acumen, risk mitigation strategies, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, key performance indicator management, strategy implementation, and continuous improvement. You have a juris doctorate degree. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $112,500 to 180,000 annually. The pay range for this position in Massachusetts and Washington $126,000 to $201,600. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
