• Prepare and supervise budget proposals, ensuring the product mix, in terms of price, color, type of item, improvement calendar and store capacity.
• Support the definition of the collection structure from a numerical point of view and ensure follow-up to ensure that the proposal is fulfilled.
• Plan different purchasing times, considering production, development and transportation times, to ensure that no delays occur.
• Support the buyers in defining quantities by reference and supervise these details, so that the strategy defined by management is fulfilled, maximizing sales and controlling stock surpluses.
