This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.    In this role, you'll:   Lead the structuring, negotiation and management of high-value commercial agreements and partnerships across the Commercial Revenue portfolio.Working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for maximising revenue outcomes while ensuring commercial agreements balance commercial opportunity, operational feasibility and Commercial Revenue’s strategic objectives.You are a senior commercial professional with strong influence across the Commercial Revenue portfolio, responsible for shaping commercial deal strategies, negotiating high-value agreements and supporting sustainable revenue outcomes across existing and emerging revenue streams.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.   About you   •Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, procurement frameworks or leading large-scale commercial negotiations within a complex or regulated environment.•Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience evaluating commercial models, pricing structures and revenue risk to support decision-making.•Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholder relationships, aligning diverse interests to organisational goals.•High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate commercial and market insights into practical deal strategies and recommendations.•Experience managing complex commercial pipelines, partnerships and long-term contractual arrangements.   Who we are   Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
