We are seeking a senior commercial professional to play a key role in driving and protecting value across Hungarian – and selected cross‑border – E&P assets. This position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, complex contract structures and partner management, with direct exposure to high‑level internal decision‑making and external stakeholders. You will represent MOL E&P in commercially critical matters and contribute to shaping outcomes with measurable business impact. Your work will influence both short‑term commercial outcomes and long‑term asset value, while ensuring alignment with Group‑level E&P commercial objectives. You will be actively involved in Structuring and negotiating complex E&P commercial agreements Representing MOL E&P’s commercial position in JV bodies and partner forums Supporting management decisions through clear, commercially robust analyses and proposals Identifying opportunities to improve value realization across assets, contracts and partnerships Working closely with partners, authorities and internal stakeholders on commercially sensitive topics The role requires close cooperation with the Group E&P Commercial team, while maintaining strong ownership of local priorities. Your profile You are an experienced professional with strong commercial judgment and the confidence to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. We expect At least 8 years of experience in the E&P or energy sector Solid understanding of E&P commercial agreements and contractual frameworks Strong financial, commercial acumen and mindset, with the ability to connect business value drivers to contract structures Ability of end-to-end process management Experience working in international or partner‑based settings Excellent negotiation and communication skills Fluency in English A law degree is an advantage, but professionals with economics, engineering or geology backgrounds and demonstrated commercial expertise are equally welcome.
