About the Role The Senior Commercial Finance & Analysis Manager serves as a proactive strategic partner to the Sales Directors and the Head of Finance, leveraging deep business insights to drive robust planning and optimized growth. Leading a team of three, the role is responsible for collaborating across the Finance, Sales, and Marketing functions to maximize customer profitability and ensure rigorous governance over trade investments. By championing an ROI-focused mindset, the Manager ensures transparent reporting of customer performance and maintains high standards of control within the business. As the company scales rapidly, the Manager must provide a sharp commercial perspective on emerging opportunities and challenges. This involves partnering with sales teams to execute Joint Business Planning, Go-To-Market analysis, and commercial strategies that improve decision-making and cash flow. Success in this role requires an individual who can seamlessly adapt their communication style for both finance and non-finance colleagues. Ultimately, this is a hands-on position that demands the agility to pivot between granular day-to-day details and long-term strategic objectives. Main responsibilities include but not limited to: Conduct profitability analysis of key customers/doors for physical retail with recommendations to improve Support ecommerce and TVHS through financial analysis driving an ROI mindset and ensuring investments in promotion and marketing as used wisely Identify and communicate industry movements and business trends. Understand pricing in the market, analyze and challenge product portfolio vs competition Support preparation of financial forecast updates (FY Plan, Outlooks, Overheads budgets) as per corporate calendar, as well as other regular updates based on business need, i.e. weekly Outlook Work alongside Financial Controller to produce monthly P&L reports providing financial commentary and variance analysis on the monthly results vs. forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities Understand customer & categories goals / strategies and provide analyses to help organization to achieve / beat goals locally Drive local trade investment spending ROI and promotional ROI insights Perform promo / pay-out analysis at local level and support design of promotional strategy across channels. Use insights from internal and external sources to influence and enhance business operations Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to MD / Market Finance teams and business teams for decision making purposes Play a key role in enabling the continued rapid growth of Dyson Korea through business partnering and identifying market/business insights to drive the business Support preparation of business strengthening or gap closing plans at Market level, in close collaboration with Marketing/Sales Business Teams and with MD / Finance Team Develop strong market and group ties to ensure a collaborative approach to improve ways of working across all finance areas (business/process/systems) Create strong working relationships within Finance as well as across other functions, and at all levels of the organization. This includes, but is not limited to Group/Regional Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and Customer Service. Actively seek out opportunities to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role About You To be successful in this role you will bring your strong communication skills in both Korean & English, with the ability to present information, both written and oral in a clear, concise manner to all levels of the organization. You’re a strong team player capable of building and motivating teams and colleagues. Previous skills & experience:- 13+ years’ experience, ideally with a strong consumer brand in an MNC environment Experience in business partnering and influencing with sales, marketing and supply chain functions Experience in driving and managing change Commercially astute, with a meticulous attention to detail Tireless Problem Solver to face day-to-day problems, with an innovative approach to problem solving Self-Starter, who sees things through to completion Ability to influence at all levels Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
