We are looking for a Senior Commercial Lender in Irvine, San Diego, San Francisco or Los Angeles CA. Senior Commercial Banker: We are seeking a production-driven and knowledgeable middle-market Commercial Lending Officer to join our growing Commercial Banking team. This role is ideal for a seasoned banker with experience lending to middle market commercial and industrial clients. Experience lending to ESOP clients is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans, including the most complex, large, difficult and sensitive credits. ESOP experience is a big plus for this position. Responsible for developing strong, low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service. Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients. Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments. Calls on existing relationships to review p Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment. Responsible for monitoring credit performance and ensures compliance with all related regulations,laws, etc. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction. Cross sell other bank products. Actively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts. Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, and monitoring credit performance. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's and 10+ years' experience with commercial lending, credit, underwriting, or 12+ yrs other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Additional requirements: Experience with ESOP lending is a plus. Subject matter expert knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes. Ability to expand commercial loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products. Requires exceptional sales ability. Expert experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills. Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
