Our integrity, professionalism and dedication to the Automotive industry is what sets us apart. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Candidates will need to have a broad knowledge of all lines of commercial business and key concepts in garage liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, property, umbrella/excess liability, executive liability, and product liability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 10+ years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred- background with auto dealers/garage exposures
 Must have appropriate state P&C Insurance License
 Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Outlook and Excel (Heavy in Excel)
 Experience with Applied/EPIC a plus
 Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
 Ability to work independently with good time management skills
 Some travel required for conferences, conventions and presentations

Responsibilities

 Initiate renewal process for existing clients and prepare summaries of insurance schedules for review with clients
 Marketing new and renewal business to insurance carriers and wholesale brokers complete Acord forms, renewal spreadsheets, supplementals, and loss summaries
 Analyze and negotiate insurance quotes and make recommendations
 Create proposals and presentations in coordination with producer
 Issue binders, certificate of insurance, evidence of property
 Invoicing in agency management system
 Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverages, limits, etc and make appropriate recommendations to clients
 Communicate with clients, producers and underwriters
 Review and process policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
 Maintain positive client relationship and have the ability to analyze situations, make reasonable decisions and follow-through.
 Comprehend and interpret Insurance Contract requirements for Certificates
