Our integrity, professionalism and dedication to the Automotive industry is what sets us apart. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Candidates will need to have a broad knowledge of all lines of commercial business and key concepts in garage liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, property, umbrella/excess liability, executive liability, and product liability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred- background with auto dealers/garage exposures
Must have appropriate state P&C Insurance License
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Outlook and Excel (Heavy in Excel)
Experience with Applied/EPIC a plus
Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to work independently with good time management skills
Some travel required for conferences, conventions and presentations
Initiate renewal process for existing clients and prepare summaries of insurance schedules for review with clients
Marketing new and renewal business to insurance carriers and wholesale brokers complete Acord forms, renewal spreadsheets, supplementals, and loss summaries
Analyze and negotiate insurance quotes and make recommendations
Create proposals and presentations in coordination with producer
Issue binders, certificate of insurance, evidence of property
Invoicing in agency management system
Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverages, limits, etc and make appropriate recommendations to clients
Communicate with clients, producers and underwriters
Review and process policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
Maintain positive client relationship and have the ability to analyze situations, make reasonable decisions and follow-through.
