WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager with strong leadership and contract management experience in regulated industries such as nuclear, construction, oil and gas or defence. Are you experienced in…

• Managing complex contracts using standard forms
• Leading teams and developing junior talent
• Solving complex issues and managing competing priorities
• Driving health and safety and better safe behaviours
• Holding relevant qualifications such as CIPS or RICS

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing a major Tier 1 contract on the HPC project
• Leading commercial relationships and contract administration
• Responding to correspondence, variations and Early Warnings
• Monitoring performance against contract and project expectations
• Embedding nuclear safety culture and collating lessons learnt
