HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of our Inrastructure projects, ensuring optimal financial performance and risk management. The role involves managing contracts, procurement, cost control, and commercial negotiations to support project execution and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the commercial team to deliver high-quality commercial support across all projects. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals. Manage contract negotiations, variations, claims, and dispute resolution. Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project financial outcomes. Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide commercial advice and support to senior management and project teams. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related discipline. At least 15 years of commercial management experience in the construction or engineering industry. In-depth knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and commercial law. Proficient in commercial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
