1. Plan, implement and review LDC’s core business and commercial activities in relation to residential and industrial developments and
   ensure they operate efficiently.
2. Provide direction and leadership to facilitate the delivery of commercial transactions within a confidential and sensitive environment
   to deliver outcomes.
3. Prepare and present high-level ministerial correspondence, cabinet papers, briefings, reports and general correspondence relating to
   LDC’s commercial transactions in a timely manner.
4. Manage and negotiate LDC’s contractual agreements including land sales, leases, easements, licences and facilities.
5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies and other key stakeholders.
6. Under the direction of the Business Director and Executive Director Operations, execute other reasonable duties as required.
