Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead our commercial teams in Sweden. This key position requires expertise in digital marketing, CRM, design, and creative strategies, including affiliation marketing. You will manage all four brands and various departmental areas, with team leads reporting to you.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our operations, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a generalist approach to effectively navigate multiple functions.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and embed an overarching commercial strategy for the Swedish market, strongly aligned with broader business goals and growth objectives across the organization.
  • Marketing and Insights Leadership: Oversee digital marketing initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention, collaborating closely with other markets.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Team Development: Act as a generalist and central liaison across countries to drive knowledge sharing and functional team development, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Creative and Strategic Coordination: Partner with creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Performance Tracking and Budget Management: Establish relevant KPIs and monitor marketing initiative outcomes while managing resource allocation and budget effectiveness.
