Description
Develop near and mid-term strategic plans for the South Korea business to expand presence in the market.  Develop and implement the country master plan / sales strategies to increase market penetration & improve customer contact effectiveness, leveraging the unique HOLX offering.  Manage current distribution business partners and seek strategic growth initiatives to accelerate business for the assigned business.  Analyze sales performance, sales funnel development and align measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.  Provide market access guidance, positioning and product expertise to support and drive commercial objectives.  Establish and manage close working relationship with the channel partners at all levels, and drive effective performance management, implement relevant customer programs.  Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs directly to strengthen Hologic brand and academic influence.  Marketing Activities / Product Support: o Define specific selling strategies for targeted business area. o Identify pricing and reimbursement challenges and define strategies to best position HOLX product and service offerings in the market.  Monitor local landscape for new opportunities as well as competitor knowledge.  Work on New Product Launch planning: o Demand / supply planning o Launch material o Training and education
