  • experience in negotiating complex, medium to large-scale commercial contracts - preferably within the energy sector, offshore, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), or similar industries
  • a proven track record of solving intricate problems at the intersection of commercial, technical, and legal domains, and are adept at driving partnerships that create value for all parties involved
  • experience in managing senior stakeholders both internally and externally, and you are comfortable working in businesses with high complexity and large uncertainty
  • experience with developing commercial models and presenting complex material is essential for success in this role
  • a relevant degree from institutions such as Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Technical University of Denmark (DTU), or equivalent is expected.

Responsibilities

As Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Topsoe’s commercial success. You will drive negotiations with clients and partners, representing Topsoe’s interests and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Acting as a constructive ally to our Business Development team, you will help maintain a strong commercial focus while supporting strategic growth. You will assist in framing compelling commercial offerings for our Power-to-X products, creating solutions that are both attractive and sustainable for Topsoe and our customers.
Additionally, you will develop customer and stakeholder tools and materials, driving clarity and efficiency in our processes and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.
