KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead commercial strategy and risk management during the pre-contract phase.
  • Review and assess tender documents, contracts, and pricing for new and renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business procedures.
  • Collaborate with bid teams, estimators, and business units to mitigate risks and validate pricing.
  • Prepare key documentation including commercial departures, approvals, and submissions.
  • Strengthen governance of commercial policies and procedures.
  • Manage procurement activities and supplier evaluations.
  • Oversee contract handovers, negotiations, claims, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with client and project requirements through effective reporting and governance.
  • Liaise with Legal, Treasury, and Finance to meet corporate requirements.
