  • Experience: 5-8 years of retail/trade marketing experience in a multi-category brand (Sport, Fashion, or Lifestyle preferred).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive marketing excellence.
  • Innovation & Creativity: A passion for crafting compelling brand narratives and engaging experiences.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office (expert level) and Adobe Photoshop (intermediate level).
