Job Description Key Responsibilities: Support commercial leadership in developing sales and growth strategies. Conduct pricing, margin, and promotion analysis to drive profitability. Forecast and monitor revenue and assigned category KPIs. Provide commercial insights for category planning, assortment decisions, and go-to-market strategies. Manage relationships with assigned key vendors, brands, and logistics partners. Oversee partner onboarding, contract management, and SLA compliance. Lead negotiations for better terms, margins, or operational efficiencies. Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure inventory availability and service quality. Monitor SKU-level performance and suggest optimisations (e.g., delisting, promo focus). Resolve day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and external partners. Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, returns, profitability, and vendor performance. Identify process gaps using data, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and operational feasibility. Qualifications At least 4 years experience in similar or adjacent roles Degree in any Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field Proven experience in sourcing, product development, or category management Demonstrated background in similar roles with supermarket/grocery industry would be a plus Strong business acumen and analytical skills Thinks creatively and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment Additional Information An extra steep learning curve.
