Senior Commercial Planning Analyst
London (Battersea) / Hybrid – 3 days per week at our Commercial HQ, Battersea Power Station

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Commercial Planning Analyst to join our FP&A team, taking ownership of the commercial planning process for one of our two brands across EMEA. You’ll be at the centre of forecasting, sales analysis, and promotional planning — connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to hit revenue goals, sharpen channel strategies, and drive profitable growth.
Commercial Planning & Performance Analytics
Lead the monthly commercial planning cycle across all retail and online channels.
Own long-term commercial planning and collaborate with Category Marketing, Strategic Sales, and Sales Operations.
Deliver regular, impactful forecasting updates to senior execs.
Improve forecast accuracy through clear insights and strong communication.
Manage the FP&A R&O register and mitigation plans.
Promotional & Channel Planning
Align commercial plans across Marketing, Strategic Sales, and Supply to optimise promotional activity.
Evaluate promotional uplifts vs. investment, maximising ROI through data-led challenge.
Pressure-test NPD forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Be the go-to link between Sales, Marketing, and FP&A for commercial planning.
Lead communications on business planning priorities and timelines across teams.
What you’ll bring
Solid experience in financial planning or analytics — ideally in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and organisational skills, with a data-driven approach.
Proven cross-functional collaboration, influencing skills, and commercial acumen.
Self-starter mindset — you own the outcome, ask the tough questions, and move fast.
