Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is continuing to expand its Commercial Division, currently managing a diverse portfolio of 500,000+ sq ft (around 27 properties) across retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of a growing portfolio while also helping us build and elevate the commercial platform for the future. What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee the operational and financial performance of a commercial portfolio Partner with ownership groups and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights Manage CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting Support tenant relations, retention efforts, and lease execution Coordinate capital improvements and property enhancement projects Supervise vendors, contractors, and site-level teams Conduct regular property visits across LA & OC Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for reporting and financial tracking Collaborate on leasing strategy and occupancy growth initiatives Requirements 3-5+ years in "commercial" property management (retail + industrial required) Strong experience with CAM reconciliations + lease administration Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple assets Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (Commercial) Experience in driving leasing performance, tenant mix strategy, and vacancy reduction Ability to think strategically around marketing, positioning, and asset competitiveness in the market Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Based in or willing to travel across LA & OC Bonus: CPM, RPA, or Real Estate License Experience collaborating with brokers, leasing teams, or executing lease-up strategies Why This Role Stands Out Direct exposure to ownership and strategic decision-making Real influence on portfolio performance and growth Opportunity to help scale a growing commercial division High autonomy with strong leadership support Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonus Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Growth and advancement opportunities About Us Beach Front Property Management has been operating in Southern California since 1999, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets.
