As a Senior Commercial Pricing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to optimise product pricing and maximise profitability for clients, working with clients across Advisory to conduct market research, analyse data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing decisions. What you’ll do: Develop and execute firm-wide pricing strategies in collaboration with business leaders. Build robust cost models and customised pricing tools (advanced Excel) to enable profitable bid decisions across the pursuit lifecycle. Provide commercial input and negotiation support on complex proposals and deals, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Analyse portfolio performance, generate insights and implement programs to improve margins and underlying profitability. Partner with internal stakeholders and bid teams, influencing senior leaders with a robust commercial lens. Lead or support key pricing negotiations and coach teams through pricing and approval processes. Design and deliver pricing capability training to uplift discipline and consistency across the firm. Educate and support staff in effective use of internal financial/pricing processes and standards. What we’re looking for: Extensive experience in strategic pricing, commercial deal structuring, and business partnering within B2B or professional services. Proven leadership in managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel modelling for pricing and financial analysis. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, support high-stakes negotiations, and drive profitability. Experienced in coaching teams and enhancing commercial capabilities. Familiarity with digital, technology, or professional services sectors is advantageous.
