SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR£65,000 + BONUS | LONDON (HYBRID)AN ESTABLISHED, INSTITUTIONAL PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF A DIVERSE AND HIGH-VALUE NATIONAL PORTFOLIO. THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A STABLE, WELL-FUNDED ORGANISATION WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO DECISION-MAKERS AND GENUINE INFLUENCE OVER ASSET PERFORMANCE.ABOUT THE ROLEYOU’LL MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF ~17 ASSETS, INCLUDING:

  • Prestigious multi-let London offices
  • Regional retail (including shopping centres)
  • Industrial assets in Kent
    This is a hands-on commercial property management role covering lease events, value-add projects, tenant relationships, and full service charge responsibility in line with RICS standards. You’ll also manage a Property Management Assistant and work closely with internal teams across Finance, Legal, Building Services, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive day-to-day management of commercial, retail, and industrial assets
  • Lease variations, rent reviews, and value-add initiatives
  • Service charge budgeting, implementation, and reconciliation
  • Oversee void property management and compliance obligations
  • Contractor procurement and supplier management
  • Insurance claims and risk management
  • Maintaining accurate portfolio data in Blue Box (property management system)

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ commercial property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of service charge management, landlord & tenant law, and lease documentation
  • Comfortable managing a varied portfolio across asset classes
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
