THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Highly experienced in working within Quality and/ or Compliance function in HealthCare, Pharmaceutical or FMCG environments.
• Deep understanding of current regulations and industry requirements.
• Proficient understanding of regulatory, GMP and GDP requirements relevant to a regulated product e.g. TGA, FDA, EMA.
• Clear understanding to ensure operations do not compromise the quality of products and can demonstrate compliance with GDP.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively.
• Confident communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
• Experience with complex information analysis, problem-solving, and coaching individuals within a results-driven culture.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in partnership with global and local teams to create and execute regulatory strategies that deliver a competitive edge.
• Lead the Quality Team to assure compliance to the regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory projects for Australian brands, ensuring compliance with local
• Legislation and Reckitt’s high standards.
• Stay informed of legislative changes, identifying risks and opportunities, while keeping the business abreast of national regulatory trends.
• Collaborate and influence other functions to develop and maintain all relevant procedures in line with the requirements of the Reckitt QMS & associated policies and local requirements.
• Liaise with government agencies and industry bodies, assessing impacts on Reckitt products and processes.
