SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CORPORATE APPAREL DESIGN

Salary: £55k (DOE) + OTE Commission/Bonus

ABOUT THE COMPANY

A multi-award-winning corporate wear design agency, partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands across transport, hospitality, luxury retail, and more. With a 30-year track record of delivering standout bespoke uniform solutions, we are now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the next phase of our growth.
This is a newly created strategic role, ideal for an experienced sales professional with deep roots in the apparel, textile, or fashion-related B2B industry, and a strong commercial mindset.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a commercially astute, ambitious, and relationship-driven sales leader with:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development within apparel, textiles, uniforms, or corporate fashion.
  • A strong understanding of complex sales cycles, particularly in project-based or bespoke manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to identify, pitch, and close deals with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in selling design-led or premium B2B solutions, ideally with customisation or branding elements.
  • A genuine interest in design, fashion, or garment production, and an appreciation for how branding is expressed through uniform and identity.
  • Confident using CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and sales metrics to inform strategy.
