WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

SentinelOne is looking for a results-driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to cover Turkey and North Africa. You’ll need at least 3 years of success closing new business with commercial customers (up to 1,500 employees), a hunter mindset, and the drive to consistently exceed targets. You’re someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and winning new logos.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU BRING?

  • Fluent in both English and Turkish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Turkish market and customer landscape
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth
  • Experience selling into the commercial segment (0–1,500 employees)
  • Experience working with or through channel partners is strongly preferred
  • Cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, from inbound qualification to executive-level negotiations
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self-motivation
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for generating revenue from commercial accounts across the Turkey and North Africa. This includes managing the full sales cycle, building pipeline, and working closely with both direct customers and our channel partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute a full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing — with decision-makers at mid-sized organizations
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to maximize territory potential
  • Grow and manage a healthy pipeline by leveraging a variety of lead sources and outbound strategies
  • Develop deep product and market expertise to clearly articulate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and our competitive landscape to sharpen your consultative selling approach
  • Consistently hit and exceed your revenue targets with precision forecasting and pipeline management
  • Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts and sales insights to leadership
  • Attend our Amsterdam office 3 times per week
