Requirements for This Senior Commercial/ SBA Loan Closer Opportunity:

• Must love what you do and come in everyday with a smile, ready to serve
• 10+ years’ commercial loan closing experience
• Must have managed and/or supported a team
• Experience at a community bank with $1.5B+ in asset size required
• SBA closing experience a strong plus
• Proven track record of working with attorneys and title companies
• Natural ability to be client facing
• Successful at gathering and reviewing docs, funding and taking the loan all the way to closing
• Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
