Job Purpose Provide professional commercial support to sales within all commercial processes to be smooth, efficient and to comply with laws and regulations. Tackle commercial requests from Sales, and monitor effectiveness and compliance of commercial process loop (30%) Manage dealer master data and price master data (25%) Provide training on commercial process and system to sales (10%) Review sales revenue target setting from sales (5%) Compile sales report (10%) Manage sales agreement (20%) Analysis of sales related data and support sales plan execution Assistant to line manager for value chain management Key Accountabilities   Translate customer data and price data (base price & special price) into SAP master data, and maintain in MDG or SAP system accurately and timely Preview data filled in annual dealer agreement and qualification documents required to ensure both data and document is correct and factual Assist sales manager to preview agreement approval process to ensure it is approved appropriately before managers signing and chopping company stamp Tackle commercial requests raised by sales, such as master data request, goods return request, price adjustment request, customer AR balance refund request, sample request, product package request and other special commercial requests, ensure the data and information is correct and watch these requests get response smoothly Monitor and propose improvement actions to improve the effectiveness and compliance of commercial process loop Provide trainings to sales on commercial processes and business system & platform & software (for example: SAP, CRM, MDG, BW, Excel) for the purpose to get alignment and improve operation accuracy & efficiency Sales pipeline & history sales data analysis and regular updated to sales Segment sales analysis and tracking to support sales plan goals Sales new product forecast collection Experience College or university degree At least 1 year commercial support experience Basic PPT skill Good Excel & Word skill Excellent at as MDG, CCS , CRM, EOS, CMS and MDM Communication skill Attention to details Work to tight timescale Willingness to support others Trainer skill At AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
