We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Rungis, France Our Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you'll oversee market analysis, pricing strategies, and product development to align with customer needs and market trends. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to optimize service delivery and meet financial targets, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall commercial success and long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development Sales Strategy & Planning Relationship Management Operational Excellence Market Expansion Essential In-depth knowledge of the fresh produce industry and customers Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a high-pressure environment Strong rapport building skills Demonstrable initiative-taking and innovative problem-solving abilities Skilled negotiator with commercial and financial acumen Fluent in both French and English Desirable Strong sales experience within fruit & vegetable knowledge would be advantageous Prior experience negotiating and closing contracts with national retailers Additional European languages would be advantageous: English, Spanish, German *Introductory conversations for this role will take place in English.
