Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Support the team in plating and presenting dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing food items properly.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning up after service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during busy periods.
  • Follow instructions from chefs to learn various cooking techniques and enhance culinary skills.
