SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR

Georgiou is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Communications Advisor to join our National Communications Team, with a dedicated focus on our largest operations in WA.
This is an autonomous role where you’ll balance strategic communications with hands-on delivery. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, project teams, and clients to deliver high-impact communications that strengthen Georgiou’s reputation and align with our growth pipeline.
As part of our National Communications Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

Lead strategic communications across WA, ensuring alignment with Georgiou’s national priorities and growth pipeline.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders (including Main Roads WA and industry groups).
• Provide frameworks and guidance — from award submissions to communications about our projects — enabling project teams to deliver with confidence and consistency.
• Source, craft and champion stories that showcase our projects, people and culture across all channels.
• Deliver local events and initiatives that drive engagement, while contributing to national programs.
• Keep a pulse on communications and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas that strengthen Georgiou’s brand and impact.
