Responsibilities

As a Senior Communications and Marketing Officer, you will deliver digital marketing strategies that generate brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase customer engagement. You will collaborate with others to create compelling content, manage publications, optimise engagement and execute education campaigns to maximise our adoption activities. A primary component of the role is centred around the creation of communication content to improve education and the adoption of training packages for SRA’s customers.
Specifically, the role is required to:
Develop, execute, and manage communication and marketing plans and digital content plans to improve customer engagement.
Create engaging and persuasive content for all communication and engagement channels, including the Cane Matters magazine, regional events, newsletters, website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and educational materials.
Collaborate with design and research teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned assets including grower education materials, such as manuals and handbooks.
Monitor and segment SRA’s markets and campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
