Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr. Communications Consultant in Branch Communications as a part of the National Branch Growth & Enablement group within Consumer, Small & Business Banking to support senior leadership in delivering impactful, engaging, and data-driven messaging. This team is responsible for communications to the ~4,200 Wells Fargo branches and enabling our branch employees to deliver consistent and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a keen focus on executive storytelling, speechwriting, presentation design, and multi-channel communication strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or execute communication based initiatives and activities
  • Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
  • Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging

Job Expectations:

  • Rotational on-call support for critical alerts during business hours, and overnights and weekends (approximately 1-2 days per week, 24 hour shifts).
  • Ability to support Pacific Time coverage from 8:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
  • Hybrid work schedule
