KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Issues and crisis management. Liaise with media and stakeholders to mitigate potential risks and protect brand reputation.
• Internal communications. Manage internal communications channels and activities including monthly all-company Town Halls and digital channels.
• Business transformation. Support the organisation through an ongoing period of transformation, with a key objective being to ensure alignment to brand strategy and values across all areas of the business.
• Corporate communications. Support broader corporate and stakeholder engagement activities to protect and grow our reputation.
• Customer reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on TrustPilot and Google.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, happy to speak up and confident in presenting and putting forward ideas. Also confident in using a range of channels and tactics to maximise impact of comms and engagement with a range of audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer effective solutions.
• Organisational Skills: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Digitally proficient: Interested in and excited by the opportunities that tech can play in improving internal communications.
• Team Player: Ability to work with colleagues across different teams, seniority levels and to be collaborative, helpful and proactive, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting as well as independently.
• Flexible and positive attitude: Happy to “muck in” and identify where a positive impact can be made.

Desirable

• Previous experience in Property or a related sector.
• Knowledge of Private Markets and how they operate.
