  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Planview, and AI platforms (e.g. Copilot) to support delivery and capability uplift.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Transformation Program (ETP). This role combines leadership in performance uplift and deep expertise in communications, campaign execution, and training material development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading communications initiatives across the group and enabling transformation across our technology domains through performance insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies and campaigns that align Technology and Business stakeholders with the Enterprise Transformation program’s objectives
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials and communications that support capability uplift that the program drives within and more broadly across the group
  • Provide strategic counsel and insights to senior leaders/team members on communications, stakeholder engagement and capability uplift
  • Partner with ETP Crews to ensure crew outcomes and metrics are aligned with the broader transformation roadmap and strategic planning
  • Drive planning cycles, performance tracking, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure reporting, risks, issues and dependencies are all managed in line with our Strategic Planning Process and tooling
