$110,520.00 - $165,840.00

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support business goals, drive alignment, and foster a strong ICD culture
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communications and change management strategies
• Lead communication planning and execution for organizational changes, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership messaging
• Prepare executive presentations, speeches, talking points, and other materials for internal and external audiences
• Plan and execute employee meetings, events, and campaigns
• Manage internal communications channels and content, including digital platforms
• Embrace technology and innovation to reach and engage employees in new and creative ways
