Introduction & Summary: Our client is undergoing a transformative transition to strengthen innovation and maintain its leading position in the global transportation market. To facilitate this complex transition, we seek an experienced Communicator with Change Management experience. This role involves working closely with the Program Manager to ensure timely execution of program goals including Communication and Change Management activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, HR, or other relevant field.
• Proven experience in organizational communication and change management.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability, tailored to strategic and operational contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Familiarity with modern digital communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

• Plan, develop, coordinate and execute communication activities related to the transition program.
• Collaborate with Project Area Leads to understand their communication needs related to the Employee Transition journey.
• Design and implement communication plans to ensure clear communication during the Employee Transfer process.
• Manage events (e.g., town halls, workshops) to support change communication.
• Coordinate Training activities related to the Transformation journey.
