Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Senior Community Account Manager specialising in home to join our Marketplace team and help us manage our top clientele. Leading a team of Account managers and Associates on our leading Partner Accounts across home to deliver the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service. Liaising with our internal brands teams and partner. You will be the point of contact for the key wholesale partner and ensure the accounts needs are met and relevant product is put forward and delivered to partners in order to drive sales.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Lead, Manage and Maintain a good relationship with the partner through regular communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Independent decision making whilst constantly reviewing sales performance with any opportunities or risks and reporting this back to the account manager.
  • Working closely with the Merchandisers to fulfil any category areas of OTB and ensuring commitment is tracked, allocated and dispatched in line with your deadlines.
  • Tracking partner deliveries with regular contact with brand and warehouse team. Ensuring this tracking is communicated back to the partner regularly.
  • Allocating partner stock and overseeing the PPO process and liaising with supply chain to ensure timely dispatch of all lines.
  • Updating and maintaining partner style tracker with additional POs or cancellations.
  • Working closely with the Assistant Product Seller to ensure the range appropriateness for each brand across the Boohoo Group.
  • Producing product sales reports for the partner and sharing these when needed to support decisions.
