SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years’ experience in PR, Social or Community roles, ideally within a consumer brand
  • Proven success in curating online communities and running high-impact events
  • Cross-functional experience working with Product, CX, and other marketing channels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead through complexity and drive TTL marketing initiatives
  • Experience managing agencies and inspiring creative execution across channels

THE ROLE

This is a brand-new role with huge potential to shape how tombola engages with its players and prospects. As Senior Community & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering our community strategy — creating memorable, meaningful moments for our players both online and offline.
Your remit spans PR, Social, Events, and Partnerships. Whether it’s a local initiative in one of our heartland communities or an innovative brand activation, you’ll lead our efforts to bring our purpose — being moment makers — to life.
You’ll act as the strategic lead on community engagement, partnership development and ambassador oversight, ensuring we’re building genuine connections with our player base and showing up in ways that matter.
