Expression of Interest: Senior Community Support Assistant (CSA) * Step into a leadership role – deliver high-quality care while mentoring and supporting other CSAs in your local community * Make a real difference – help clients maintain independence, wellbeing and connection at home * Grow your career with VMCH – supportive team, development opportunities, and a values-driven organisation About the role As a Senior Community Support Assistant (CSA), you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the community while also supporting and mentoring other CSAs in your local hub. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Support Worker ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll play an important part in promoting independence, wellbeing, and connection for the people we support. * Providing personal care and support tailored to individual client needs * Supporting clients to maintain independence and participate in their community * Assisting with basic clinical tasks (within your training and scope) * Mentoring and guiding other CSAs, including buddy shifts for new starters * Working closely with your team leader and clinical staff to ensure safe, quality care About you  You’re a compassionate and reliable support worker who is ready to take the next step in your career. You enjoy supporting others, not just clients, but your teammates as well.
