SENIOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER – MENTAL HEALTH (DUNSTABLE) FULL-TIME PERMANENT CONTRACT 40 HOURS PER WEEK £12.72 TO £14.50

We’re looking for a caring and motivated Senior Community Support Worker to join our domiciliary team in Dunstable, supporting 12 people who live in their own self-contained flats.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide compassionate, practical, and emotional care.
• Work alongside service users to build confidence and independence.
• Develop care plans and risk assessments that put people at the centre.
• Be part of a team creating and monitoring Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.
• Work shifts, including alternate weekends, from our welcoming on-site office base.
• Have the skill and ability to develop others alongside the team manager and compliance lead.
