Department Overview:
The OHSU Practice Plan (OPP), along with the School of Medicine (SoM) and clinical service lines, is part of the health care delivery system at OHSU Health. The goal of the OPP is to establish and maintain the OHSU Health System as a premier academic clinical practice. In order to attain this goal, the OPP will support and coordinate the professional practice of the group and each of its component parts, promoting the development of clinical programs within and across all relevant departments of the SoM. The OPP supports approximately 2,600+ clinical faculty, clinical associates and APP’s within OHSU Health, has revenue of ~ $675 million and just over 1 million ambulatory visits.
The Senior Compensation Analyst provides professional level assistance and leadership in the development, installation, cost analysis and administration of compensation programs and incentive plans for the faculty and clinician roles in the School of Medicine. These responsibilities will include analysis, implementation, and coordination of provider compensation and clinical incentive processes in a complex, matrixed academic medical center. This position requires close collaboration with leaders in the clinical and basic science departments within the School of Medicine and across the health system including members of the Provost’s office, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, and other related departments to implement efficient and scalable business processes that are well understood.
The Senior Compensation Analyst, Faculty and Clinicians, SoM is responsible for 1) supporting clinician compensation administration and operations, 2) implementing and integrating compensation processes with associated administrative processes, 3) ongoing process evolution and change management, 4) managing inquiries and appeals related to the OHSU Faculty Compensation Plan, APP compensation framework, and OHSU Clinical Associates compensation framework, and 5) participating in relevant compensation surveys for associated positions.

Professional office environment with hybrid (remote and in-person) work schedule; may include some travel; business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with the possibility of meetings outside of the standard business hours.
