  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
  • Zone A: $115,000 - $155,000
  • Zone B: $108,000 - $146,000
  • Zone C: $101,000 - $137,000
  • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada
  • $102,000 - $138,000
    This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow’s company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you’ll deepen your expertise in compensation while supporting the delivery of core programs essential to Webflow’s growth. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across People, Finance, and Talent to analyze data, administer our compensation cycles, and build the tools and documentation that enable equitable and scalable pay decisions.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience through compensation by driving high-impact analyses and contributing to global equity and pay policy design. You’ll help implement new tools like Workday Compensation Planning, refresh our compensation structures, and support the evolution of our global job architecture. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your compensation expertise while helping Webflow scale thoughtfully and equitably.

You’ll:

  • Support the planning and execution of annual and mid-year compensation cycles by owning workstreams within the projects.
  • Conduct detailed compensation analyses and job pricing using Pave, Radford, and Mercer market data.
  • Prepare and submit annual compensation and equity benchmarking surveys.
  • Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance of Workday Advanced Compensation and job architecture.
  • Draft and refine compensation documentation, tools, and pay policy guidance as the business evolves.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on business-related compensation issues like re-orgs, retention, job reviews, and compensation recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuously improving compensation programs and processes using tools like Zapier and ChatGPT.
